I sketch and paint around my home in South West Scotland, both local landscapes and still life from my house and garden. I’ve also been lucky enough to go on art courses to different parts of Europe though painting the Scottish Islands is always special. I paint in oils, acrylic and mixed media using brushes, pastels  and anything else that makes a mark. 

I’m an elected member of the Paisley Art Institute and The Glasgow Society of Women Artists.  I take part in group exhibitions and show in galleries around Scotland.  I hold 3 awards for landscape painting: the Jamieson Award from Paisley Art institute; the Jan Bruce Award from The GSWA and the Gallery 8 Award  from The North Ayrshire Open Exhibition.
